Yes, we are compliant by rules & regulations set by the government body ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission). RetainMe is an authorised credit representative (Credit Representative Number 508333) of QED Credit Services Pty Ltd (Australian Credit Licence Number 387856)
At RetainMe, we do not perform a credit check so there will be no impact on your credit rating.  Your Bank may or may not perform a credit check (with your consent) depending on the application you select and your financial needs (e.g. debt consolidation, change in lending amount). 
Absolutely nothing, ZERO. At RetainMe we do not charge our customers fees of any kind. 
Definitely not. There are no documents required to have your existing home loan setup reviewed. However, we recommend our customers to ensure the details input in the application is accurate.
Not at all. The purpose behind using RetainMe is to source a better home loan deal from your own bank. However, in the unlikely scenario that you might choose to keep your loan the way it is, there are no obligations.
RetainMe uses email and text communication to keep you informed of your application status, reminders and any market updates.
In this competitive home loan market where Banks are competing like never before, it is wise to have your home loan reviewed at least once every year to make sure you still have the best home loan. Additionally, a change in your personal or financial circumstances may signal a good time to review your mortgage, as your home loan may not meet your future needs and goals.
At RetainMe we work closely with our partnered banks to provide our customers with the fastest solution, and when your offer is ready, you will be notified via a text message &/or email.

We firmly believe one should always try to work things out from their own bank first since it’s the fastest, most convenient & cost-effective option. However, in the unlikely scenario where you are not happy with the offer/service received from your own bank, we can help meet your needs by providing tailored solutions from other banks & financial institutes.
